Mind

I am the thought that spurs a memory
The vessel that’s filled to the brim
With secrets and nonsense
Flowing and mingling
Fusing
Defusing
Fact from fiction
I am the beginning of a thought
That’s lost its reason
The sensory nerve
That sparks fear
And
Pleasure
The voice that sometimes is ignored
Which titters on the balance of madness and sanity
I hold it together
And push it away
Ignoring the complexity of the subconscious
I go on with the normality of the day to day
As a constant war rages in my mind

About Lulu

I take pleasure in the simplest of things. But most of all I enjoy the stillness, there is so much I feel in it.
