As I look back
The way we were
The you I loved
The me who was lost in you
I can see the subtle
The change in me
An aim to please
Measuring love
With your happiness
I was distracted
And along the way
I lost my purpose
We were doomed
I was caged
By an illusion of my making
And you, guilty of taking
I am the casualty
Deep in misery
And when I had enough
You lay blame
I found truths
That defined
My observation

About Lulu

I take pleasure in the simplest of things. But most of all I enjoy the stillness, there is so much I feel in it.
